Degree in Economics and Commerce completed at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, where he has been a lecturer in business economics since 2002. He has gained significant experience in the tax and corporate fields, as well as in extraordinary finance and corporate reorganization operations. He assists entrepreneurs in generational transitions, innovative start-ups, also in the fund raising phase and multinational entities in the implementation phase of legal companies in Italy. For some years he has also been involved in management control, company check-ups in support of companies and financial advisors. He holds corporate positions in industrial, banking and financial, national and multinational companies. In the past, he collaborated with Il Sole 24Ore and with Milano Finanza and with the “Internationalization of enterprises” Commission of Assolombarda-Gruppo Giovani Entrepreneurs. He is the delegate of BTF, a new advisor structure in the technology field, for the aspects of Corporate finance and business development and has collaborated in the launch of start-up structures in the fields of industrial patents and advanced technologies. In 2008 he was one of the founders of Synesia, a network of professionals in the field of Branding & Naming, with expertise in Brand evaluation. He holds corporate positions in industrial and financial realities.
